I would like to know, how to change web host. Is there any important concern before changing Host. How i opt another web host.

    As i know,

    1. Backup your web pages
    2. Take different Domain name server from another web hosting company
    3. Change it with old one
    4. Then Upload your web pages to new one

is it correct, or something else?

    Please help me out...

    Thanks

Ask your new host to transfer everything for you. Most hosts do that.

True and some will even buy out your old hosting contract too.

Any host you transfer to should take care of the transfer for you. Only thing you might have to do is make sure you let them know the new DNS servers (something that isn't necessary when you register a domain name with the hosting company itself), but other than that, they should take care of everything for you. At least a good host would. Otherwise, their services are limited and they are not worth it.

Just a quick note, you should upload your content "website" to your new hosting account before changing the name servers, not after.

This way, you will minimize your downtime.
