major things is to use automated title tags, meta tags, h1, some related keywords section and seo friendly url.
Do well SEO for your static pages. Do a little bit of SEO for dynamic pages like automated title tags and meta tag. Do Link building for your static pages.
well please contact your developer who developed this website and suggest him to put an application on the server which'll convert all dynamic pages into static pages and whenever a page'll be generated it'll be automatically converted into an HTML page. Also generate both HTML and XML sitemap for Google. Good Keywords in Title and in Meta tags'll help you. Suppose every page of your website is your main indexing page and optimize them just like an idex page.
