Zango is complete junk. The fact that websites claim that Zango is required for access to their content and the reality of it all is completely different. Zango is nothing more than an ad delivery platform. For a website to say that Zango software is "required" to view the website is bull$hit! All that happens is the website gets a commission, Zango adds no additional functionality whatsoever to the end user's PC. Zango isn't like Flash Player where you need it to view the intended webpage, the presence of Zango on the PC merely lets the website owner know that they just got a new commission.

More disgusting is the fact that Zango will stay on the PC even after the user is done using the content of the web page that originally requested the Zango install. Also, I find it amazing that EULAs allow one user of a PC to bind all users of the PC into a license agreement with Zango and their software.

Zango also significantly slows down a PC. I tested the Zango software inside of a virtual machine and there was a noticeable performance hit. Also, on some versions of the Zango installer the software actually implies that you should go to your I.T. Department and get them to help you bypass internal policies to install Zango's software. From the Zango installer when blocked by a firewall: "Cannot connect to the server. Would you like to try again? Antivirus and firewall applications can interfere with this and other software installation programs. You may want to temporarily disable these programs during software installation. If these applications are required by your organization, first consult with your help desk."

How the hell is Zango still in business?

I have never uploaded or downloaded any zango things. I posted some youtube videos yesterday, they worked fine and this morning I log on and see this. Its a very standard wp blog, nothing special.

I am hosting with godaddy, do you think they would help with this?

the site is being forwarded to:: http://www.stupiddrivers.net.powere...1/ga675a875f6&s=http://www.stupiddrivers.net/
    without my permission.

does anyone know how to fix this?

    thanks for the help

my men somebody insert code to your site and redirects to zango mail their abuse department and hosting company .Also i recomend if you are in a shared hosting and your wp has not an exploid which you can find out just googling find another company. If your server is dedicated search for the intruders gate.I have been hacked once for reasons that i am not sure. But i did a lot of changes to improve my security. My moto is never try to close the doors just keep an eye on them.

p.s also inform your hosting company for the event.

Check your codes, usually people will place it in "header.php" or "sidebar.php" but check the other ones like front page or so and look for the zango code, should start like

    <-----ZANGO BLAH BLAH

    codes here

    ----->ZANGO BLAH BLAH

but also they maybe removed that as its just a content, so look for something with Zango in it and remove those code lines as that is what is bringing up the gateway, good luck.

    Yes It may Be

Any Way If you used any ad Plugins or you use modified template for WD you may check it on localhost

to be safe you can backup your database and files then reinstall a clean WP again then restore your DB

---- as an advise ,,, Switch to Joomla reliable clean extended and Secured

there is nothing it can't do

    Hope you solve your Problem

Also, try and download your DB, fresh install everything which would fix the problem.
