    The colors are nice and inviting. However, what exactly is the ad promoting? I think the product or brand name needs to be much bigger and clearer for it to be effective.

    I like the design , but as an ad you should be able to force your visitors to take action .

    So , I recommend that you put strong call to action .

    Looks amazing to me... I don't think it needs a "call to action", as the idea is to promote the bottled water brand....
    Also, will be there a slogan on the center?

    Pretty Good indeed, I like the blue color with water effect you have used in it.
    The Only thing i would like to correct is to increase the logo size of the company.

    the header and logo in it are blah. Sorry mate.

    You need an eye grabbing header. Spend $20 here on the forum and get one done in PhotoShop, the ways the pro's do.
