Are we human or is Google Dancing

Is there a google dance going on right now?

 

thats a clever title, I didn't get it at first. As for a dance, I had heard they tweaked their algorithms, but I dont know any specifics.

 

Google dance has been going on for a while.

My pages that were ranking #1 for a keyphrase, haven't ranked since march 31st, when they started their pagerank update.

I did notice that every once in a while the page will rank (as of this morning) looks like the changes are beginning to propagate to the other datacenters.

Hopefully things will settle down in about a week.

i don't see anything yet but i hope it is. if the serps change at all, this is around the time when it should be happening

 

My website has only been around for about 4 months now, but my main key phrase always used to rank at the bottom of page 2 or top of page 3 - now I'm showing up on page 6 or 7 I just noticed this about a week or two ago tops.

 

The killers.... haha.

 

Yes google dance is happening and it will last about 20 - 30 days so results for our work after that period of time lets do some vacation!

 

Google Dance F--ked me --- I lost 90 % google traffic in last 4 weeks

Ive had terms go from front page to 2nd page and back and fourth in the same day... its been pretty nuts sense the end of March

 

Of course I'm human. It's hard to predict google dance. It may not effect every keywords, and slowly fading away.

 

I am still hovering around page 13 for keyphrases that i was #1 for on march 30th.

This is really stressing me out, I can't find any indication that this is something other than the google dance, but i'm paranoid that it may be something on my end

loaded up http://www.seocritique.com/datacentertool/ and checked as many datacenters as i could, looks like my keyphrase is still in flux all over the place.

 

Same here. Some of my established sites have some of their keywords ranking, others are many pages back or gone. The updating of the SERPS is not done.

 

Ugh... last time I checked I was. Sorry, but I don't get it. Would someone kindly explain?

Well when PR update happens - Google is dancing

Rest of the time we are dancing to get high PR and SERP

So both are dancing... I fully agree

 

Serps have been dancing..all the while.

The momentum of the dance, is at times very high which makes us fall off the chair and notice...while most of the times, the change is insignificant.

The after effects of the last experimentation is yet to stabilize....I guess.
