    Hello,
I am selling two sites (inclusively), that are increasing in popularity, and starting to bring in a bit of money. They stream a TV show which is popular in the UK, USA and Australia. The two links are in my signature if you want to take a look. Here is a bit of information about both the site (please remember i'm selling both sites together).
    • Since the program has been back on TV, unique visitors have spiral ever higher (5,000 yesterday). Proof: Site 1 | Site 2
    • Adsense revenue has increased also, I made $6.50 yesterday. Proof (for both sites combined) : March | April
    • The new series of the show is on the TV for the next 5 weeks, thats 6 - 10 weeks of very high interest in the site.
    • Ranked no.1 (it varies from 1 - 3) for key terms. Referal statistics: Site 1 |Site 2
    • Adsense is my only revenue source, but if CPALead was installed, you could get $1 per unique visitor. (This will work well as I have a monopoly on this TV site).

Any other information can be provided, and questions can be answered.
Remember its both sites together, and so please make respectful bids.

    Starting BID:$30
    Auction End:4 Days
BIN:$200 (Less than 3 months revenue)

You can see from the screenshot, it is around 100 - 200 uniques for Watchtheinbetweeenersonline, and 50 - 100 for Watchtheinbetweeners.
I will be removing the videos from this site due to a DMCA issued by Bwark productions (I don't know if it's real or not). I will continue the site, but with content, a quiz etc, and CPA lead to try and leech as much revenue from the site aspossible.
Because of this, the BIN has been lowered to $60.

Consider it sold at BIN of $60 - please PM payment information. Where are the domains registered?

Just move the sites to offshore hosting like everybody else does.

Wouldn't work for me as i'm a UK citizen, ie I own the site and so can be sued. My name shows up on the WhoIs aswell, so not really a viable option :(

I'm a Canadian citizen, but I use a private whois on the site hosted offshore with a company who ignores DCMA notices. There are hosts with completely anonymous services. Private registration is only a couple bucks a year (or free with name.com) and its worth it.

I may have to look into it in the future. I thought Canada was outside legal jurisdiction of the DMCA?

There's an exemption in the act for hosting companies as long as they comply, but when they do that effectively kills your site, which is why its best to go offshore.

I also received a cease and desist letter, but I wrote back saying they didn't have a case. Our exchange of emails lasted a couple months until I finally just decided to ignore them and I haven't heard from them since. My sites are still up and all is well.

If you register an LLC then you have even less to worry about.
