    I do use photoshop.
But i thought that if i use macromedia flash (i know it pretty well), i know i'll be able to do an gif animated banner, but the quality of the animation at the end is really really not good :(

Do you have a tutorial on how to do a great looking banner with PS and imageready ? That could be cool dude :p

    I use Photoshop and Imageready.

But many people are coming out with very good quality banners using Macromedia.

I use Imageready and Photoshop. You can do animated banners in Macromedia Flash but it's kinda bigger in file size and would turn out to be slow loading. You can do a lot with ImageReady too, but the tween effect is not that good compared to Flash. Maybe I can help you out, you can PM me the URL for your site and I can do an animated banner for you for free. Oh by the way it would also help you if you download some animated banners and open them through Imageready. You can study them and that would give you an idea on how you can make an original one. Hope this helps. :D

Thank you everyone for the inputs :)

Thanks a lot cutprice for the offer :)! But well i think i resolved myself to do not do animated banner right now, i'll just do static ones that looks good. Later on i'll try to do some animated one... I'm just lazy!

I do love the banners at V7n, the designer juggopop has some very good skills, jeez i wish i was like him.......

I stopped using adsense because with 300 visits a day i could only get 5 bucks a month, i hope it will not be the same with those banners :D:D

Maybe you need to graduate to popups and popunders if customer loyalty is not a top issue. I heard they pay a lot more than text banners.
