    If the articles are of 400 words rate is ok but for 600 words rates are less..

    I was about to say this..

    The rates are fairly low for any good quality writer or maybe you aren't looking for writers here, you want someone who can spill content like beans spilled in machines!

    The best writers won't work for slave wages. I am willing to work for you provided you are willing to offer atleast 3c per word which is the minimum for any good quality writer!

    What you're asking is website content, not article content!
