Your site does not have high-paying keywords. People are only willing to pay low cents for such topics. You might want to look at some alternate ad options.
My website is Toysinparadise.com and I have not had any luck what so ever with ad sense. As a matter of fact my ad rarely showed up at all. And the other problem was that my competition was sitting there clicking on my ad until my advertising space was all used up. I found this out through my statcounter search. Same two IP addresses and they never went past the first page.. You have to pay way too much money to advertise.
Health, Finance, CC My Health site gets min $1 clicks but as I don't optimized them they get only few clicks per month. Wish I had the time to optimize them edited: not exactly $1 min but simple to say if I get your amount of clicks I'll be riding now. more than $2K at least.
IMO, there's no such thing as 'the best niches'..... rather, research for profitable niches based on keywords used by either: (1) traffic from net surfers that are searching... (2) or traffic from searchers that already know what they want and are ready to buy... There are free and paid tools available...Some marketers use the Google Keyword Tool (free)......i'd go for Brad Callen's Keyword Elite software....but that's just me
first of all very nice clicks and traffic, but in your site there is a stats and it shows 300-400 unique daily and the locations of ur sites seems from romania mostly. soo not usa as u say. having "free" keywords not only reason to get cheap ctr in google. l also think less content might be the reason for low rates...
I must agree with someone else who said your niche is not a good one. I really think that its all about a good niche. I have many good whitehat sites with good content but i get pennies clicks with 50k impression I touch may be $50. The reason is that I do get clicks but the niche is sooooo bad that clicks hardly convert.
I didnt know you cant have text link ads w/o having a header that says 'sponsored links'... i guess its hidden in their TOS somewhere.
yeah man gaming is a dime a dozen.. maybe even 11 cents a dozen. you'll need a new niche to see better numbers but luckily for you with those numbers you could snowball some traffic to new sites.
