I would say 60 US$ for the design and for the coding of that page into a single HTML file will be an addition of 60 US$ more. so a total of 120 bucks

You're posting in the wrong forum. Use the Buy, Sell, Trade (BST) forum.

 damn why not do it for free! IMO thats way to cheap would be the equivalent to charging $3/hr. If it were just a template I would agree, but I'm more inclined to go with PSD to HTML fee of $500, I would charge $1000 for a more professional appearence though. Thats not even considering having the content written up.

This kind of simple ecommerce can be done with Oscommerce or Zencart.
It should take about 2 weeks with custom design, coding change and admin section.
Setting up payment gateway and shipping API etc.
So anyone planning to launch this site should be ready to invest $1000 and 2 weeks time.

crazy... i can make a site from scratch like that, custom design and coding within 5 hours. Where did these long ETA's come from? Obviously a more advanced site that is more graphically enriched would take slightly longer.
