What I would do is contact a few active bloggers in your niche, and see if they would allow guest posters. Even if they don't specifically indicate on their sites if they allow it or not, most bloggers would be more than happy to have you guest post on their blogs, especially if you're contributing unique and relevant content.
Wordpress is an excellent multiple author blogging platform and it's possible to set up a limited privilege author account for your guest posters. Is your blog on wordpress?

As far as I know, there is no directory of "Guest Blogging" URL's, that is more something that you have to do the leg work on and contact people and ask, or sometimes bloggers will post up here. In the mean time you can submit your articles to article submission sites such as ezine articles and get back links that way. Just do a Google search and you will find all that you need,
