    Hi,

    I'm selling my site Networkator.com.

This is 1.5 months old MySpace Resource site with many add-on tools (such as custom LCD scroller), and google adsense code smart implement on the site (including random pics near the code).

The domain itself worth a lot by appraisals. The truth is that the domain gave me some hard time deciding if to sell now or not, But i do need money quick so i have to sell it.

Traffic and revenue was built with bulletin advertising at the begining, but the last bulletin was on july 2nd. Then i stopped because i wanted to check how much traffic and revenue the sites gets without doing anything.

    Traffic:
As you can see the traffic was slowly built and got to a lot of traffic per day.
    July July June June

    Revenue:
As you can see i used Google Adsense alone. The site has made $730 since the beginning. If you make some kind of advertising and bring traffic it can make you even $50-$80 a day and more (As i did with bulletins at the end of June)... At july 2nd i stopped any advertising in order to see how much the site can make without doing anything. As you can see it brings around $20/day regulary.
    Adsense 1
    Adsense 2

    Price:
I need the money so i'm looking for a fast sale. Let's say the site makes only $20/day x 30 days = $600/m.
The BIN price i'm looking for is $3000. Only 5 months multiple. And trust me you can make much more than $20/day :) (just look at the stats).

Transaction will be held with Escrow.com for the protection of both sides.

    Minimum Bid - $2000

    BIN - $3000

    Post/PM questions and bids.

    Thanks,
    E-A.

Colin - I won't disclose this info. I'll give contact details to the buyer of course, but i wouldn't suggest buying the site for this reason only :) He's annoying unreliable little kid, and not easy to work with.

I am confused. The opening line says the site is 1.5 months old...

But there are four months of stats shown?

Not sure a month and a half is long enough to project those future earnings.

Did you utilize any ppc at all?

This is 2 months stats. 2 files for each month (stupid "snag-it" :) can't capture long web pages)

Month and a half is not much, such as 5 months multiple. I can tell you straight and to the point that i would never sell it for this amount if wouldn't need the money now (can't wait 3-5 months). It's a money-making machine :)

What do you mean by "utilize any ppc" ?

Custom = It shows the surfer's text. This is the name of this tool ("Custom LCD scroller") which you should know if you bought it...
