    I need this ASAP.

I am looking for a new Web Host as my last one Suspended my account at NO Fault of mine, Seeing as he has done it to many people and won't respond. (Check this post)

So I am looking for a new Web Host. I don't need anything huge. Just need atleast the following
    1. Webspace: 200-300 MB
    2. Bandwidth: 2-3 GB
    3. MySQL
    4. PHP5
    5. Also, I send out Mass Emails to all the members of my website, Currently 25, So that would need to be allowed.
Budget: I would like to pay Yearly, and could pay UP TO $60/year
    * THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME THAT PRICE, I WILL LOOK IT UP AND IF YOU RAISED YOUR PRICE JUST BECAUSE I SAID $60, I WILL NOT BE HOSTING WITH YOU, NOW OR EVER *

Now for the harder part to find.

I require all of the following Before I will purchase from you
    1. Proof that you have been in business for at least 2 years
    2. A Phone Number in which I can contact you, and I will be testing this Several times in the first few months.
    3. A Personal Email in which I can contact you at anytime
    4. Your Website URL
    5. Link to your DP thread or alike with reviews of your service.
    6. Some kind of Status script which shows your HDD Space, RAM, Processor and others. (or I can install a nulled version of status2k)
    7. Proof that you are not Overselling.

If you want a professional host, you're on the wrong site. Almost everyone here oversells or isn't a real company - just some kid in his basement.

We believe we can meet your requirements. Not all web hosts here are fly by night ones but i can say a majority are.

I like this, aggressive purchasing as opposed to aggressive selling.

Our budget plan is cheaper than 60 bucks/year but we're in business only by 2 months. Anyway, since we're hosting our hown "hobby sites" we're not planning to disappear ;) Check cheapffmpeg.com

You would need warez/off-shore hosting as well. I read that you would install a 'nulled' status2k script.

Use service which innohosting.com offers, their service is affordable for many web masters and think they will be o'k for the needs of the OP.
    Their service is time-tested.
