I am looking for a good site for html, I would like to learn how to create or modify a template for blogger and right now I know nada, zilch, nothing. If you know of a good site to start please share.

Just get into and do it. That is the best way for me to learn Reading is good, but doing is gold. Hands on sort of thing for me.
