    1. unique and original content (written by another dp member)
    2. layout/design is simple but original
    3. domain is registered with namecheap - free push
    4. site was just created about 1-2 weeks ago - so can consider as 0 traffic and 0 revenue
    5. whole site is static html - no backend

    sale details:
    1. reserve price $150
    2. bin will be set later
    3. payment by paypal
