Adult companies don't generally pay by paypal, which don't accept adult businesses. You should find out more about 'real' adult sponsors who pay by signups rather than hits - you'll likely find you'll make more money overall too.
Just sign up through an affiliate that uses CCbill, low payouts ($50) and you can make far more then any PPC will. If your affiliate don't work out, sign up with another through CCbill under the same account, and start to promote them... You also have the added benefit of recurring account payments.

Search keywords, find etailers, look to see if they have an affiliate program or contact them and ask them if they are willing to set one up/have one. This way you can even target the types of stores you want to work with
