The problem is in IE. The content doesn't position itself on the top.

If there is no compelling reason, using inline styles is a Bad Idea.

Put <p> tags on your text, and lose all the <br />s.

Alright cool. Sorry I'm new to this kind of coding. Well it worked! Now to fix the buttons on internet explorer.

EDIT: Fixed those too.
