When i am using my PC , it suddenly restarts automatically....I have Good UPS also...

I unchecked the option "Restart Automatically" in windows XP.

I Have done disfragmentaion With good defragmater..

I have done Registry cleaning also using good registry cleaner..

But yet the problem has not been stopped..

I used event viewer in my XP...

    there are some errors...

    1.Service Control Manager error
The Monitor Time service terminated with the following error:
    Access is denied.

    2.DHCP error

The IP address lease 115.99.96.210 for the Network Card with network address 001921258C9F has been denied by the DHCP server 0.0.0.0 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message).

    3.Service Control Manager error
The OracleStartORCL service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).

What is the solution for this?

A failing power supply, bad or dirt clogged cpu cooling fan is the first place I would look. If the computer is more than 18 months old I would crack the case and clean the cpu fan with an old, soft toothbrush.

The error messages you posted above should not cause a reboot.

Let us know what you find.

This used to happen with my friend, Download KASPERSKY INTERNET SECURITY 2009, it is free for 1 Month, use that and clean up all the viruses, your PC would be fine by then.. if still problem persists, check your Power Supply...

Your PC may be infected by a virus, so use a good anti virus guard and scan it.

Maybe it's the conficker worm? Oh gosh. LOL. Probably your computer's overheating already? or that you need to replace your laptop's fan. That is usually the reason why mine restarts automatically.
