There would be rioting in the streets if this happened. Could you imagine bloggers picketing in every city across the nation?

In order to fight back, we have to understand how they want to take out existing internet. There are two plans they have setup. The first is to try to make the internet we are using now obsolete with internet 2. The second plan is to take away internet neutrality, and I've heard that AT&T wants to charge for bandwidth.

Once the internet dies in the US, it will die everywhere else. The same people that want to shut down the internet here will shut it down in Finland, because all of our governments are controlled by the same people. China is already under control, and they will eventually go after Europe as well.

To be honest with you, these people are going to get a harsh backlash when they go after the net. The internet is not like television, where you need to have broadcast stations. The government is not going to win.

Yeah, your probably right...stupid bloggers. We would all be talking about taking action but too afraid of the sun to actually do anything.

Hmm... I was just kidding, but this might happen for real.

People have to remember that you've to be active also on the streets and invade city space. Hactivism or activism on internet is not enough.

well if they can ban smoking in public, and people willingly buy bottled water, this is a real danger to the net as we know it!
