the author has copy past the same info available on the net..
they have given money back guaranty but they are not responding.I have tried to contact them thrice via email.
I have also contacted clicbank..they have responded But after providing all necessary information regarding our transaction ...they are not responding even after a week..

Keep bugging Clickbank. They are a company and they want to keep their reputation. Also try phoning them and speaking to 'the manager'

If clickbank don't respond (although I can't see why they wouldn't) you could always get your bank to do a chargeback.

It frustrates me incredibly seeing bank chargebacks as a publisher, because I always offer a quick refund to anyone who sends an email and requests one.

BUT if you do a chargeback to this particular publisher, it might teach them to respond to customer enquiries. They not only lose their payout, but get charged an extra fee by Clickbank.

I thought it was easy to get a refund from clickbank. Perhaps the reasons you are giving for refund aren't good enough for them?

You don't even have to have a reason to request a refund, you just have to forward your receipt to .

clickbank are usually pretty good at giving refunds for basically any reason, although it does take a few days for them to respond.. the only thing that might delay the refund is account history ie: your account has a history of buying products and requesting refunds.

glad to hear you got your refund.. CB are pretty good in this regards no matter what the reason.. some publishers though try to scare you, i remember some tima ago buying that awful product sixfigureyearly.com .. and in the first welcome email was the following :

Warning: We do not refund for people who simply change their mind and investigate all refunds to see if we will issue a refund or if it is justified in our opinion.

Freekin dickheads.. made me want to get a refund even moreso for them being complete tossers.. lucky CB came through.
