Adsense ads not appearing

    I setup a blog few days back and up to now no adsense ads appear. what could be the problem?

    Are you seeing public service ads, or no ads at all? How did you incorporate the ads into the site, and which blog software are you using? Have you checked that the theme for the blog supports Adsense ads?

    1- may be you're using wordpress and added your adsense using some plugin which is old.
    2- may be added wrong.

    give me your blog address to get the reason.

    it's a self-hosted wordpress blog and I just placed the adsense code in the sidebar

    This is normal. They will show as soon as yo get some traffic.

    Google usually displays Public Service Ads for the first 10-20 times the page is visited. Once you get traffic coming the relevant ads should be up.

    yeah but the thing is, it doesn't even show public service ads...even if I chose the option to show public service ads.

    I can see adsense ads in your "recent blog". But if you're talking about some other blog then post the url.
