Looks okay - there could be a lot of improvements made though. You need to tell us what you want to achieve from your site. Is it made for adsense or forums or what/ Right now, you hit the homepage and it's like "okay where do I go now?"
I would like people to use the forums more as there is hardly any action at the moment and I would also like them to upload their pictures into the gallery. The articles are the main part of the site, I just want to help others that are interested in tattooing by sharing my knowledge. All advice would be appreciated but please remember that I have no real design knowledge so i'm learning as I go, basically what i'm saying is that I don't understand all of the technical terms just yet.
The site is up. I have heard of this problem before for people who design their sites with Joomla but I don't know how to fix it. I will look into it right away and hopefully find a solution.

Thank you for the compliment, it's nice to hear that i'm not going totally wrong. I'm finding that each time I try to make the site SEF the template disappears. I think it is something to do with the .htaccess file but not 100% sure how to change it, it's something I am in the process of learning at the moment. I am actually about to alter the template a little with the help of a web designer so hopefully it will look more appropriate for a tattoo website. I don't understand your comment about the gallery? Do you think I should remove it or improve it? Thank you again for the compliment
You should make the background color of your Google Adsense ad match the background color of the website.
It's nice, however, i'd like to see a woman with a tattoo, rather than the woman currently in your logo... using someone with a tattoo would give the logo more relevance... and maybe have a few tattoo pic's on the front page? I'm already thinking of using the site, since i recently got my first 3 tattoo's and am going to be even more ^-^. I like the picture of the girl she is hot, but i expected more for a tatoo site, I mean more art and eccentric paterns on the site, and yeah i agree with the post above we need chick with a tatoo on a tatoo site, sexy chick!

I have just changed the template for the site so that it is more of a tattoo theme. Now I just need to remember how to add google adsense again and then work out how to change the colour of the forum so that it matches. Let me know what you think of the new look. Thanks
Not a fan of the strike through effect on the site name, and though the theme is nice, it makes it appear to be more of an "underground" site. The previous theme seemed more inviting in my eyes
Not sure about the strike through on the title and i also think that the print and email icons are too small. But i like the design and black/white theme. Nice work.
That template is used a lot but I do like it. You need to modify the scheme of your forum, you cant read the text.
A nice black and white theme, it does seem a little boring because the site didn't catch my attention on the main page and make me want to browse. But its a great start!
While the banner is cool looking it is sometimes hard with the white and black contrast. Don't usually like the black background might want to go with a more soothing color. 6/10
