there are plenty of blog directories which accepts blog submissions. just do a google search for blog directories and you will find a lot. you can also visit the directory forum here where all directory owners frequent to and lot of directory lists get posted there on a random basis

 

Those directories that accept blog quickly are just a spam directories because they don't review the site that they are accepting.
