Hi all, How do you convert with clickbank? Here's mine.. Calculate for a 12 month period. 33450 hops/month 270 sales/month refunds: 25% 202 sales after refunds on average/month #websites: 50 Main sales come from forex related products (about 50%), that's why the high refund rate. Cheers, Wim
Actually I am not a big player like you and just have started promoting some clickbank products. Right now I am getting around 175 Hops / Per sale and making about 4-5 sales per month. That's very very far from your performance and I wish I could be there in future.

This is from a publisher's viewpoint: My affiliates who made sales last month converted at these rates: 37 hops / 5 sales 43 hops / 3 sales 37 hops / 1 sale I'm still working on attracting affiliates so last month most of my sales just came from myself. I have several affiliates sending me thousands of hops a month with no sales. I'm not sure what they are doing wrong but I've noticed in analytics that I get a lot of traffic from parked search domains. My guess is that its a bunch of automated work. Overall it ends up giving me a rate of 330/hops per order this month. You can see a big difference between the stats so don't forget to look at the whole picture when analyzing your stats or someone elses.
I would like to know too since clickbank only give you hops for the past 30 days. Were you keeping these stats on record every month?
There's got to be an easier way! Good stats though, I don't think there's that much wrong with 200 clicks a sale especially as it's not PPC.
I do anywhere from 1:25 to 1:300, but mostly it's between 1:40-1:80, all from articles and SEO minisites in various niches. 1:200 is good, but you could probably improve it with a better presell before you send your visitors off to the vendor's sales page. With that many hops per month, and increase in conversions could lead to a significant boost in your bottom line...
For the last 30 days, 1 sale in 25 days. I only started about 2 and 1/2 -- 3 months ago and my first check was sent yesterday (worth $997, after deducting the allowance). The cool thing is that I didn't spend a penny all this time No advertising, no hosting or domain name. I only use article marketing and, so far, I only have 40 articles published (I'm kinda busy these days, studying for my driver's license ) I got my first Ezine article approved in mid January and, by now, I have a net profit of $1500. PS: How long would it take for a check to arrive in Romania? (or a nearby country, so I could just infer the answer) PPS: See the attachment
Interesting stats. I have always wondered that as well. I was averaging 1 sale per 14 hops last year and earlier this year is was more like 1 sale per 80. No I see that it is about 1 in 40 and the refunds have been creeping up.
good thread guys .... wiper, well done on keeping your stats each month ... i've only just started doing that after telling myself for months that i needed to ... at the start of the year i was roughly about 1 : 20 -> 1 :30 , i think i got lucky on products i was promoting and serps ... in march (tracked properly) i was 1 in 92, almost all my traffic is organic
Thanks! You should focus on preselling and finding long tail keywords that are from start inviting your visitors to take action. For instance, "cheap treatment for acne sufferers" will convert way better than "acne cures". Oh, and I just realized this now.. It's 1 sale in 25 hops, NOT "1 sale in 25 days"
