Here's a little more information.

My website has a few pages. I am looking for around ten links to each page with the proper anchor text.

PR is not very important but they should be dofollow links with the anchor text I specify. They won't be drugs / sex / adult topics but they may be a few words long sometimes.

I am looking to buy at least 100, probably around 1,000 total if it works well. So prices of $6/link are a bit too high... that would be around $6,000. Please quote a reasonable price (taking into account PR is not important).
