Yes, I know where you're coming from...I'm in the process of designing a newer, bigger, better logo :]

 

Looks good except for the right sidebar getting in the way. You might want to make it under the header instead of looking attached to the header. However, I do like the usage of red coloring

The reason why I have the right sidebar in that location is because I like to have the ShoutBox level with the user's pictures - to avoid scrolling down. This way, users can rate/browse through people's photos and still have the ShoutBox appear parallel, without having to scroll down to see any conversation that is going on in the ShoutBox. Understand where I'm getting at?...

Hi nice site but maybe you should make the button text a diff color, it is very hard to see what is written on rollover state. Also check your site in IE6 it has the transparent png issue on some of your images

 

all are good, but maybe need to add some padding for the left sidebar like SEARCH PROFILES?
