Submit your site into SB sites it will give more traffic to your site. Continuous link building is also would help you.
SB means Social Bookmarking websites. You Publish your articles on your websites and then you post them on social bookmarking sites [ Digg.com, Propeller.com, Stumbleupon.com reddit.com etc]. And they are used to generate traffic.
Apart from SEO you can try this also especially for traffic and lead : Participate in travel domain forums Send newsletters
I see that your site have almost zero SEO work. try to do some SEO stuff on it,and wait for results. your PR helps you in SERP.
Try to use good content with proper density of keywords 5-6% for primary and 2-3% for secondary keyword. AS the content of site plays a huge role in attrcting a visitor. Do social bookmarking of your website as it helps in gaining quick traffic.
I would not be asking this question if you are a "Chennai Web Design Company". If you have designed a "travel" web site and do not know what market or keyword phrases are used, then it is to late. SEO is done before the "design" starts or the site will need major rework. This has become a common trend with sites from startup or beginner web design companies. Keep up the good work, you are keeping me very busy.

Generally, your onpage optimization is alright, you still can improved your targeted keyword awareness by having some <h1> tags or using bold to highlight the keywords. But there is a bit lack of good visitors experiences. There are some of the things that can be improved: 1) Links should not be scattered around (eg. Home|Profile and those Tours|Travels and those on the side bar ) 2) The pics on the right seem to be out of place. Firstly, there is no description and secondly, the pics some how don't relate to any places. Generally, your content could be more organized and give user a better experiences. Your template could be made more professional. For offpage optimization, you required more targeted traffics. Here is some of the suggestion for more targeted traffics 1) Post in travel forum. You can even buy signature links from active posters. 2) Find travel sites/ blogs with good traffics and buy a banner space from them. 3) Write good articles and post to popular article directories eg.ezinearticles, with backlinks to your webpage. 4) Join social network group with common interest eg. twitter, facebook etc If you don't know which keyword to be used, then you can start with names of the destination. Eg.Munnar. Put this word in google keyword tools and it will generate you some keywords that you can use. Just pick those relevant ones and you can start doing optimization with those keywords.
