Nice color scheme . The logo needs improvement . Also all the font are near the same size . Try to make the title/menus larger font size . Good luck.
The colors are nice, but you can make the content more appealing, probably making the theme's preview image bigger and changing the text size for the titles.. because everything looks so small and plain... You can probably get more traffic if you post in similar blogs or sites.. or forums or even social networks like myspace and facebook. Good luck!
You've got some good templates on there. I would consider buying in the future. My only comment is that the news section seems a bit pointless.
Maybe you should look forward to your keywords. Try to use a keyword that will match your description and meta tags. For example if you have a japanese used cars site you can used the title as "Japanese Used Cars Exporter or Japanese Used Cars Provider" it depends on you, if you will based on the volume of the keywords you have search, and also you can put it at the beginning of your meta tags for good result. Those keywords should also be included at your description. Try this and see if there will be any changes. Then you can do the link building afterwards.
Offer some incentives and try to reach the real audience. I would also like to say that offer some free templates on your website and see what happens.
