I have an administrator and she is running out of things to do in the office. Since I am getting into the affiliate game, can you give me some suggestions of what tasks I could get her to do so she doesn't sit around twiddling her thumbs? She has good PC skills, can do simple websites, has done keyword research before, etc. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jon
make a list of what you could use done, like things you won't do yoursel, or not all, then make a list of what she can do, compare the two and voila, you know exactly what she can do and what you need!
Whatever you do, you'd better be sure to add any increased responsibilities to their official job description if they're an employee, and to the contract if they're an independent contractor. Otherwise, you can get into trouble down the road. Jenn
Just give her the mindless repetitive tasks that you have to do each day. That's what employees are for. You do the things that you don't trust them to do or want them to do.
Can she write keyword rich content? I find the best web writers and content writers are those without a writing background.
Thats my advice as well, set her up with a blog. If she wants to add some personal stuff, cool ... as long as you believe it helps your business.
