The guy that started this thread, kleklezin when I was trying politelly to add him to msn and skype to talk about buying a seedbox, he blocked me with no reason. Notice that I've added a personal msg, I asked him if his torrent site was an scam or not! And he blocked me! So I guess this is an scam...too bad since I was going to buy several seedboxes Btw, if you are not an scammer your should really reply my emails, PMs, MSN inquiries or Skype ones.
Hi, I was using this service for many months and it was great! the fastest seedbox I have found! BUT they seem to have vanished, my account is still active but fluxd (the q manager, for any newbies) has locked up and the box needs bouncing. I have tried raising a support tickit and contacting every addy I have for them and no joy!! Was looking around and found this thread! So please be warned don't pay them any money!!!!!

Same here! It was great, but now I can't login and they don't respond to any tickets. Now I need to find another provider.
I was scammed!!!!! Paid Friday they wont respond to any e-mails or anything..... Mods can't anything be done?

Just to follow up from my eairler post. I got an invoice eairler from TorrentSwift so I replied to the mail in the hope that I would see a response. I did!!! I got a humble apology that thier mail/ticket system went tottaly up the spout and a month for free to make up the lost month. They have rebuilt my box with a newer version of Torrent-Flux and it seems so far to be working very well. I pointed out to John that I had posted here (only after the box was sorted) and promised him I would follow up to let people know they are up and running again and if people have any outstanding issues they should let him know. (I just replied to the latest invoice) He was most helpful and got the box rebuilt and up and running again in mins. I have seen the posts warning people to stay away in other forums, but I can't say I have seen any evidence of them deleting my torrents and certainly have had no complaints up until this last incident. I only raised 3 tickets in 6th months previous to this current one and all were completed in 24hours (don't think they work at weekends tho) Hears hoping things will be back to the old TorrentSwift I enjoyed. Simple, pretty quick torrents and always maxing my ftp back to me (which no other company seems too be able to manage!!) I hope any of you that are owed anything can get it resolved.
Thanks for the update pippin. I still can't login but I see they comped a month for me. I submitted another ticket and hopefully they can restore my box.
John also helped me get my box working again. Although no apology or explanation for me even though I submitted 3 tickets over 3 weeks. Anyways I'm happy they got it working again.
very bad customer support and service..utorrent on the server doesn't work..torrentflux doesn't unrar files..speed is avarage..tried to contact them many times to solve my problem but didn't get and response. I don't recommend them
