    Had quit for a year and now smoke 2-3 everyday with at least 1 smoke free day in a week. This is because I'm currently traveling & having a Sedentary lifestyle. Once I get back home & to my exercise routine I will most definitely quit once again. But I think the following holds true:

    "Nobody ever really quits. A smoker's a smoker when the chips are down. And your chips are down."

    I wrote an article that you can find here about the effects of smoking on your body every time you light up. I hope this can really change some peoples minds about quitting smoking because it is really not worth it.

    I never heard of electric cigarettes, but I know they have ones that are smokeless, and you just refill it with a nicotine cartridge, you can even smoke it inside and there is no smoke or smell. I'm not promoting those either though, it is just a neat gadget.
