Would moneybookers not work for you or click2pay or even 2checkout.

Also you have alertpay which could be a good option for you.

If you want deposit through credit card and html buttons to integrate in your website fastly you have the following:

HooPay: They have 19 currencies supported, multicurrency accounts, located in tax haven country, donations, html buttons to pay, donate and subscriptions, deposit with bank wire, credit card, exchanger, API digital signature to prevent spoofing attacks, sms alerts each time that you make transactions, login, etc. Send fax, sms...

Moneybookers: They have 20s currencies, no multicurrency accounts, located in UK, deposit via bank wire, credit card, API with md5 if I don't forget it, sms alerts too, send fax, sms too.

    Cheers

What are the fees like for click2pay? They don't display them on the site. Another thing that is a little troubling is they don't allow me to sign up because my ip address is not located on their approved country list. But I'm in the US!?

    I would say, PayPal.

Most other payment systems doesn't allow donations.
