Guniwan! Fightrice Did this to me too when I have clear evidence that he uses the same email address here - He told me that he has never had a DP account too! How do we get this scammer kicked out of here! I imagine that he has done this to many people!

 

Owh its second time I scammed by DP member here, before I lost $300++ from Newbie member. Now I scammed by reputed member here, I do not check his itrader that he got 2 Negative iTrader before for scamming another member here, but do not know why admin not banned this guy.

The address remain same. and he claim, Unauthorized Paypal dispute.??

Will wait his answer for my PM. And will post here his answer so everyone will now his reason to do this.

Really Hate the bad people here. If you want my site for free, Just Ask me, then I could give you for free if you really "want" and "need" that site to healp you live. Scamming people will not make your life happier.

 

This are the answers that I got to my emails explaining that he is going to ignore me:

I'm sorry to inform you that I'm not the purchaser of these items. I've been on vacation for almost 3 weeks now and returned home to a broken in house and almost everything missing.

I'm sorry for any troubles this has caused you. Can you tell me where you sold the items."

I'm sorry but I won't be cancelling it. I don't have an account at whatever forum DP is hence the reason for the dispute. It can sound fishy all it wants I've had the investigating officer send his report to paypal to help investigate along with sworn and notorized documents that shows I was no where my house or computetr to make the transactions in question.

I'm sorry to hear your out whatever it was that was bought and sold but I'm sure those that were scammed are just as upset as I am about having everything stolen.

And he is trying to pull this on more than one person? He has been reported to Paypal. Next time I am going to check FULL ITRADER HISTORY Before doing work!

 

If He Doesn't have an account here through the email that is being used - shouldn't he be banned?! How do we get him banned?

Did they accept the domain with GoDaddy?

Sounds like a lot of bullshit to me. I would be contacting GoDaddy letting them know you have been scammed and request the domain be transferred back to you.

 

I have been contact godaddy by email about this problem, but I am not sure this would be help me, I lost many
domains before, and godaddy do not help me with that. Btw, thanks for your words buddy

 

This is the answer that I got :

"I've never opened a paypal claim for these transactions and logging into my paypal doesn't show any transactions flagged?

A little quick with the negative iTrader aren't you, why didn't you contact me first?

Negative iTrader will be returned."

Funny How we are all recieving different answers... Threatened to leave me negative Itrader - are you kidding me!? I have uploaded all of the documents, sent all the links and emails to paypal. Let them sort out this mess but I hope someone finally takes a step up here and sets this scammer straight.

 

Yes, the dispute is still in mine, too! This is BS. I wonder how many people he has scammed before?

I have written to the mods regarding Itrader Abuse, Hopefully they are able to help!

 

He has left me two negative Itraders and both are false. This is getting ridiculous! What happened to the rule about leaving one ITrader per transaction.

Gets a little frustrating when even the first was false!
