Matt Cutts uses SiteName.Com/Blog - How can I?

As you all know, MattCutts.Com isn't Matt Cutts actual blog. Instead, it's
another page which links to MattCutts.Com/Blog.

    (good for search engine juice)

I was wondering, is this possible to accomplish with blogger?

If so, how can it be done?

Matt can do that because he owns the domain mattcutts.com AND pays for his own hosting through Pair Networks hosting company in Pittsburg, PA...

His blog simply lives in a folder on that site called /blog. He could just as easily have decided to put his blog at blog.mattcutts.com.

i think you can do it
first you must have a unique domain then point it to your blogger

ive never used blogger but what would the point be? you say it would be good for link juice.... how? there is no way that is good for link juice.

if your stuck on having "another page" you could just create yourblog.blogspot.com/homepage.html which links to yourblog.blogspot.com

but seriously there would be no point

Edual200 - I was watching Matt Cutts a long time ago and he discussed
the extra ranking boost you get in the SERPS and in your Domain PR by
    having

    sitename.com (introductory page)
    linking to sitename.com/blog

But we cannot make it as www.mydomain.com/blog

Blogger allows to point the blog to a custom domain only.

Maybe I am not understanding this correctly. You own your own domain right? videobloggingtips.com so just make a new file called blog and then within the file make a tom file - it would look like this videobloggingtips.com/blog/tom/page1.html

    or videobloggingtips.com/tomsblog/page1.html

Like I said maybe I am not understanding what your asking.......

Blogger is hosting my site. And apparently, blogger only allows custom domains
like the dude said above. So I guess what I am trying to do isn't possible with
    Blogger.

I also dont understand. why not just redirect your blog to your site, and start a new blog?

You can easily do it using PHP redirect. But for that ull need to have a domain and hosting.

yourname.com will be your main site. Make and forder in your www folder saying blog and only put a index.php file in it in which PHP redirect function is wriiten and is pointing tyowards bloggers blog. Thats it.

Not sure if it would have any impact on SEO and all that stuff. So please do confirm. cos I heard redirected urls are least preffered.
