    try altushost.com veeeeeerrrrrry great support at msn , its expensive but very great servers ... and 100% offshore (luxembourg,nl,usa) i could give you a malaysia seller but i think its nor good because the traffic is expensive in malaysia :S

    I purchased Shared-1 from your hosting and hosted my site www.itwel.com on the server. In start, it was working fine but after few days my site not accessible anymore. Can you tell me whats the problem and why it happened?
    Will you repeat same action in future too?

    I too would like a refund. The service has been less than advertised. Would also be nice if I could log in and start a ticket but alas that no longer works either. Altogether not a good experience imo. :mad:

    Tips for those who can't login to there client area, email them, as far as I can remember, there email is . If they keep ignore your email, open a paypal dispute claims or just request money. That's what I did last time. It's pointless to say "I would like refund" on this thread.
    Yes, indeed, but it is always a good way to advertise your own service by open your own thread, people will think that you and the OP is one person otherwise. I am sure you don't want people think that way, do you?

    PayPal told me the same, they only cover you for 'solid' items, 'intangable' goods aren't covered. I haven't had a reply to my emails to ThePeakHost in over 24 hours either and their site's down now...again! I've had better (yes, from here), this is a poor show imo.

    Asking for a refund on this thread may be pointless but it adds to the weight of opinion and may help prevent others wasting their money. Just another failure to add to the list so far, I do hope that changes.

    I tried that too, but Paypal ignored it :(
    Anyway, there website seems up again. I do not understand though because when I checked there uptime, both server is up 8 and 7 days :confused:. I did not get refund even though I kept asking for it. In fact, they gave me 2 month free :D. No big deal because I only paid $1.65. lol!

    I can not do the refund if you kept going like this. I don't know who you are, so how I can refund? The main website is up now. So, time for those who need refund to ask for cancellation and we will refund. For those who client area login has been deleted, you know the reason and I do not have to explain every single about it here. Just login to your client area and click the request cancellation button. I am not going to run away with your money.

    Yes, I know how angry/hated you are to our hosting service. I hated the downtime. Who doesn't? It's out of our hands and I am apologize for wasting your money and energy. We also suffering for the downtime.

    We thanking you for the understanding to our current hosting issue(s).
    Please open your own thread if you want to advertise your hosting company. I know everyone asking for refund, but it doesn't mean you can "hijack" others thread. If you don't have any business with us, please stay away from this thread and I will grateful to you to make me less headache.
