I see what you mean. The domain is being parked free by Godaddy. You may want to contact the domain owner and check whether he is willing to sell the domain to you or if not you just have need to wait for the domain to expire and grab it as soon as possible.

If he doesn't want to sell it at a reasonable rate, buy everything around it, .info, .net,. .org, .us and either put sub sites on them, or redirect them all to the same site and make his domain almost worthless, since you jumped on the branding first.

how about you trademark that name and make him give up the domain? isnt that how big domains acquire domains from different tlds?

There's nothing you can do unless he puts up a site that competes with yours.

No, it doesn't work that way. There is no bad faith registration since they registered the .com first - and the domain is just parked.

That depends. One person who tried that, though, got this:

I am also having the same problem. Some one has a other variant of my main domain which I need. I contacted him a lot but he won't reply.

I am now thinking of offering a Viral Link Exchange Script worth $399 to anyone who helps me acquire the domain. To be frank, that domain is not even worth $10 but I need it because its driving typo error traffic to that domain.

try contact but don't be very optimistic of getting it..the seller usually gets very exited at the prospect of selling and inflates the price..

try to google the guys name ML .his number or other mail will be available i guess, if you need it i think ,you have to contact as drop is unlikely ,since his mail is f..g..g..@...com .otherwise forget and live with it.at least your site was up before ,so no chance of TM violation !:D
