Google displays internal links for some sites in its search results!

Over a year back, someone asked me how is it that for some sites Google displays internal links or some stats under the main link in its search result. For e.g. If we search 'Yahoo' or 'Hertz', along with the main link it provides around 5 internal links from the site.

Earlier when I was looking for an answer, I found that Google was experimenting with the search results and that only some of the datacenters provided such results.

A few days before I was revisited with the same issue, this time I found that such results are displayed for sites that were at top position and the internal links of the site which were most visited and popular once were listed under the main link.

Is there any other way we can have such kind of search result for our site?

    yes theyre called Sitelinks.

you have to be in a strong number one position for the term first, and the rest of it seems to revolve around clear internal linking structures, possible page / traffic levels and / or phrase associations.

So only we can optimize is the internal linking structure of the site and SEO. The sitelinks are automatically created by Google. It might not be possible to make changes to the sitelinks, is it?
