Anyone want a job? ~Website design

    Hello there,
    I'm the owner of Music and I, the music website, and I'm looking for someone to join with me as a site designer. The site has been up for a while now, and we have our own YouTube for music tutorials also (youtube.com/musicanditutorials). The site has been expanded to include customizable profiles, and photo albums, along with private messaging, blogs, and so on. I need a designer to make it look like a social networking site, which is what it is. As for pay, I'm willing to pay, and we can discuss payment.
