How to increase backlinks from Google and MSN?

    I am blogging for the past few years.Here is the URL of my previous blog http://itomo.blogspot.com and I have "2565" back links to my blog.

    Click this link to preview my report. You can find my blog at the 6th position in the report.Interestingly I only have 4 backlinks from google and 0 backlinks from MSN.

    Some body please tell me how to increase Google and MSN backlinks.
