Email from YPN about ad placement... I saw it coming.

Okay, first off, I did think this could happen to me eventually, just riding the ride until it let off in a way. I know other sites having ads by images well, and are getting away with it, lol. Anyways you guys think it's the ads at the top of my main page? http://www.smackarcade.com

I have had it like that since the day I joined in January, they just NOW reviewed my site? That's crazy. They aren't replying to my emails either. Ugh this sucks so bad.

I just got a warning apparently, lucky I didn't get booted like others. :D

I was going to say fair enough, they do end up specifying what they want, and we all ultimately have to comply, but damn, your site looks like it'd convert well with some good traffic.

Hey thanks Art, I actually put a little more spacing between the top ads and the images; they were closer.

Yeah that is very true, my site has been making less lately, and now with them "reviewing" my site, I am going to make even less, I hope they release something new like video ads or image ads or something with high CPC or something along those lines other than text ads are getting cheap.

Why not stick a thin line between the ads and the images? Then you'd be complying, and if it's done well then it shouldn't affect the clickthrough rate much.

BTW Great blending. But did you intend for the word 'Bigest' to be missing a 'g'? :)

That is some super-sneaky blending. I bet your CPM has to be pretty huge.

Have you considered running phpAdsnew and only showing the YPN ads to US visitors and showing AdSense ads to the others?

Yeah A1, someone told me that a few days ago, didn't notice it.

Thanks Inferno, I actually improved the spacing and was going to ask if it was acceptable.

Yeah WentWorth they told me to actually relpy to the email until I got a response... a day later no response, lol.

Well ArcticPro, you posted YPN email here and still didnt take the images down. They could disable your account at any time :(

Its pure fraud. You should better remove it before i send a report to YPN including this thread.

Homeloans I was still waiting on their response to my email for a bit more clarification. I just received their email response.

Now I've got to remove images from all my sites, this should take some time. Ugh! :(

Dude, we are NOT stupid. You admit that you are cheating, what do you want me to tell you? You should be ashamed.

I will forgive you though (after you made the changes) :)

I see why you have negative feedback here on this forum. Report me? Sure I don't care, they already reviewed my site.

Anyways it is called strategic ad placement, not cheating, and they approved me and reviewed my site when I opened in in January and had my site like this, then out of nowhere say it's not okay when they review it the 2nd time.

I'm not the only person who has ads by their images. I know many people who do it, plus even someone who copied my site entirely even does it and copied my ad placement and he isn't even in the US with YPN ads on his site, but it's alright I am removing them.

It's not just having images next to your ads, so don't act like that's why.

It's because your ad looks identical to every other game link right next to it. Meaning people can EASILY mistake the link for a game in the picture next to it. Trying to pretend like you don't know this isn't fooling anyone
