I ordered a custom plan from them. i have to give them an A+ for support, their live help is great. But at the beginning there was a downtime, but havent experienced problems yet. They said they put 10 clients for each server, on my old host there were 25 clients. So the server is pretty fast for me. I only host some files and a forum. I would definitely recommend this host.
At first when i brought the VPS it took them 5 days to setup. I was pretty angry. But when they set it up with everything wit went perfect. Their support is great and the servers are fast. I recommend them to anyone!
