Everyone know that you don't have to pay any amount to earn money online. Like you said that you need to work hard to earn some money online. What makes you think that paying someone $10 to make $1000 is fair?

I have been earning online by working for some companies!

There are cases, when you have to pay in order to make money, online or offline. There is an old saying, that sounds like this: " In order to make money, you have to spend first".

Of course, there are ways to make money online without spending any money at all; there are free to join programs and paid to get in programs.

Anyway, GDI costs $10 / month... it is nothing wrong with this... nobody is forcing anybody to join GDI! Upon joining you know what it involves!

OK ... tell me the benefits of GDI ? what do you actually get out of it ? All it is - is a marketing platform to grab $1 from each other for the fee of $10 a month ... and that's pretty much it ... you're not buying hosting ... you're not paying for the domain ... you're literally paying for marketing rights and distribution rights with marketing material ... the hosting and domain is there to pretend that there's a product.

So what is the product ? I bet you say "They provide landing pages and sales pages" and again it just strengthens my point as that's all marketing material ... it's just a way to grab $1 from each other and create a legal pyramid scheme.

If you want to consider it as a marketing platform - then well good! but u have to accept that it is one that provides lots of tools to make a great income online! and are u even reading wat we are saying - it gives u hosting and TOP LEVEL capture pages + access to gdi forum + killer income opportunity, if you don't want to pay $10 a month for all this an MUCH MORE i have already explained - then, well it is UR own choice!

I already covered that response before you posted ...

Which is exactly what I said above ...

It offers nothing but the material to advertise it ... hence why it's just a "Paying to market their products and legalize a pyramid scheme" ...

Just dropped in to say something which is very important and i have not emphasized on earlier:

'You can join GDI FREE for a 7 day trial- yes without paying anything! so if u have any doubts - why not join them for free and see the results urself!

Note: At the time of sign up you'll still need to provide ur payment details - though u'll only be charged after 7 days UNLESS U CANCEL ur account with them.

    take care.

First of all, great thread ok4444. I have been a member of GDI for only about a month and a half. I still have yet to get any referrals, but I am a patient person so this doesn't bother me. When I first heard about GDI I immediately wrote it off as a scam. But after taking a second look I decided to give it a shot. But I digress, all the nay sayers in this thread really amuse me. Of course GDI is only one of many companies that offer a similar (sometimes better) affiliate program. But these companies are not as well known, which may sound like a bad thing (saturation and all), but in actuality this is a good thing. Yes, GDI is a better known program which in my opinion makes it a viable option. Who really wants to affiliate themselves with a company who may not be around in a month. I don't exactly have a point here as you can probably tell, lol. I was just looking through the thread and thought I would put my 2 cents in. Go GDI!!!

Maybe it is a local phenomenon because everyone I have talked to personally about GDI already had heard of them. When I mentioned GoDaddy they gave me the "lost in space" look.

Lol I thought was rather amusing myself. I used to promote GoDaddy too, the only reason I stopped was that there were a lot of rumors at the time that GoDaddy was freezing accounts and such. I never really looked into it but I figured, be safe rather than sorry.

Regardless if you like GDI or not, you have to agree with the fact that Global Domains International - GDI - is well known online.

Lots of people have heard of GDI, some of them even tried it out or they are members of GDI presently.

GDI has the advantage of being in business for long, ever since 2000! That is a guarantee or an insurance that the company is serious and is planning to be around for long time. It is a well established company, offering a business opportunity for those who are interested.

There are people - who were members of GDI in the past - looking for ways to make money with GDI, so there is a market for GDI. If you are serious about making money with GDI, you can, but have to work for it, to make an effort for it.

Join a powerful team to ensure your success, it is one of the keys to success. Find a GDI leader and stick with him/her...

Personally, I think GDI is crap but that's my opinion. I'm going to give some free advice here so take it or leave it. Again, this is how I see it, you can see it differently but I'm just expressing what I think.

For anyone who is looking to get into affiliate marketing/mlm what ever you want to call it, you need to find the right companies that will invest IN YOU first. What do I mean by this? Over 80% of affiliates will never get pass their 4th downline so if you're hyped up about a company that promises thousands a month when you reach 5, 6 or 7+ levels deep then you're in for a big surprise. Since everyone is talking about GDI in this thread, let's do some comparison then. I'm going to compare it with a brnad new company that i've been promoting. I want even put my affiliate link either. I'm going to use the REALISTIC number of 4 levels deep and that's pushing it. These are monthly costs as well as monthly residual income.

So let's say that you fall into this 80% category because you suck at marketing or new at it because you're not a marketing whiz, well then I guess GDI will pay the least for you. So say after 2 months of working your ass off promoting on forums etc you manage to get 500 sign ups/refers, with Site2Text you make $2000 a month while only $500 with GDI. So why do think GDI pays this way? Because they are smart and GREEDY that's why. Regardless of how many you recruit, they still bank. Why should they waste good money on you when with a direct sale when they can take that and spread it throughout the downline? If you make it great, if not see ya and thanks for your ten bucks, NEXT!

Look at what Site2Text has done. They invest in you, they followed the unilevel method which most companies hate now a days because it brings them less profit. Site2Text pays you the most for your direct sales and count your downline as bonuses. They know that by sharing the wealth, you make money and when you make money, they make money. Now they can take this money and spend it on advertising through google or other places or they can take that money and stick it in your pockets because you're doing the advertising for them. Word of mouth is THE best advertising company can have.

So next time you run across a hyped up company, make sure they invest in you first. Don't even get me started on thepayerplayer.com

That could have been $188 a month residual income instead of $47 :)
