I love many fruits. However mango would probably be at the top of my list. Watermelon, rockmelon, strawberries and mulberries would all follow closely behind.
My favorite fruit is watermelon aside from the fact that its juicy and delicious four health benefits can be found in that particular fruit. It has lycopene an antioxidant that helps reduce the risk of prostate cancer, vitamin C which boost the immune system, vitamin A that prevents blindness and vitamin B6 that serve as an important attribute in our healthy diet, it promotes chemical in the brain to help people cope with anxiety and stress.
