    If I remember correctly, there was a Hindi Film made on this theme several years back...
    One important criteria OP forgot to mention was that the person can not buy any property or things for himself and he just can not also give it to anybody with out any valid and reasonable expense bill... He just has to spend it!!:eek:

    I would spend the first 2 or 3 days coming up with a clear plan which has no chance of failure. Then, I would use the other 11 or 12 days to enjoy spending all the money.

    hhmmmm ive seen this movie :)

    Id just start a music festival and hire every single hit band and have the highest payed actors hosting it and make it last 2 weeks
