    Can you enlighten us a bit? What sort of account and What country in particular did you want to open one in. As far as I understand most Banks will require you to be a citizen to open an account.

    no matter you live you need a "live presence as citizen of USA"at less virtual address and virtual office,.never dream you can get the access if you still take your butt there,and I think you need to called easycorpltd to get the answer

    Well, as I read your post you are looking for a "real" bank account outside of the US, what you might look into is a bank account in Cyprus which easily can be opened online, no need to visit the bank. You will need to be able to obtain a reference letter from your local bank, a lawyer or certified accountant.
