i have been wating 24h for a reinstall of the centos when they told me its going to take 12h and i dont understand why its going to take 24h and they wont refund my money i sent them 3 emails asking them for the time to when i will get the server back they said wee will contact you as soon as it will be installed and i waited other 12h i contact them they wont answear me and after that they sent me an email saying stop asking for time and they wont refund me so dont go close to them
We waiting for this thread. Anyway. We explained to you that we can re-install your os. You have requested 2 times within 24hours. We said to you that you have to wait and you dont. We cant do anything else. Also you agreed with our TOS which says that we DONT refund dedicated and vps. Regards, Nochost.com
look i dont want to say bad words now but lesten to me i did not get the 130 euro so easy - i asked you to reinstale the centos before 26 hours(and not twice in 24 so dont lie) and i got nothing imagne if this was your website i am sure you wont be happy about this. but becuase its other people money and time and website you dont care. i curse you and the money i give you and i hope you dont enjoy your life until you give me my money back. where i live its not so easy to steal other people money like you did today - if you where living here i would have killed you for playing with people money like that. i am going to make sure that every one you speak with about the server knows how bad you service is . so he wont get hurt as i did.
As i am a Server Owner, and i have seen a lot of weird cases around, there is one thing i will say. I would never refund someone who doesn't read my TOS, cant wait for a reasonable amount of time for a fix or makes phone calls all time requesting his money back, especially when he has used resources on a dedicated server, that some people got paid in order to maintain,install or fix the machine.

Well look, A normal customer must do 3 things, spend 30 minutes to read the TOS, Select the Plan and Pay. Even contact online support if there is available. You didn't read the TOS, Thats your fault. I am not defending nochost representative person here at all but even if they "suck" you should have known that by selecting them you take a risk. If you had looked for reviews on other hosts you should had chose the best one. Do they say anything about 12hour reinstallation of OS? or like 24hour? I have no affiliation with Nochost at all, nor know anything about them, or even care to find out since i got my dedicated server and paying for it monthly whatever happens. If the backbone i have paid has downtime even for 1 whole day, i will move my sites to other backbone with the same pc specs and 99.9% uptime. Sometime customers must get serious if they want to be treated seriously.
he told me in 12h - i was speaking with him in the live chat so now i told him you dont want to refund my money thats o.k - than give me a vps server insted he wont answear me i bought the server 48 hours ago its not like i have been using the server for ages :s
that's really cheap and a lie - all the host has to do is point to this thread and there goes the OP's money - it's horrible advice, I've had people do that with me and it's really annoying and petty.

doesn't make that advice any less worse - use another dispute reason, but saying it was "unauthorized" is cheap my comment was regarding the advice above, not paypal dispute and who they will favor more.
I thought it was better than killing him, on the other hand if he has not received what he has payed for i dont think the host can hide behind the TOS. Then it would be OK to scam people as long as you have it in your TOS, "we dont have any products and we dont refund when you dont receive anything". Well unauthorized payment is what it is for me here, i have done it once (even tho i have been scammed many times) and it was when a designer got payed 50% in advance and disapered, well i got my money back and i would do the same again if i get screwed. PayPal wont know who the OP is any way so pointing to this thread wont help...
