Looks great but why don't you have your contact information on the contact page? Would you do business with a company that doesn't provide a business address. A phone number and contact form just doesn't cut it in my opinion.

I would take that a step further and put it on the front page, top right sidebar. Other than that it looks pretty good.:)

The site looks clear and simple. The title looks too small and the flash doesn't reflects the attractive effect.

Could you make the banner chill out after a few seconds?

Also, I would suggest a more authoritative first sentence about your company. Most companies "strive for quality customer service," but that doesnt really tell your customers much.

    A couple of things:

-Your logo's image is grainy. That puts a damper on the professionalism of the site immediately.
-The flickering pink thing - I don't know what to call it - hurts my eyes. I'd try and tone it down.
-Your content isn't punchy enough. I would suggest that you trim it down significantly; studies show that people who surf the web won't stay more than about 30-45 seconds on any one page unless it really "grabs" them. If you need a revision service, I'm experienced in this area and will be glad to help you. PM for my rates.
