As much as I try I can't get used to Mac, so if I had the choice I'd go for Windows every time

You will rarely have problems with Macs. You will always have problems with Windows. Macs are a little more expensive for that reason. Choose a Mac.

Of course Windows is winning the race. How could it be otherwise when such a large chunk of the market is dominated by Windows?

Only on the desktop. Everywhere else it's Unix/Linux/BSD.

I like Windows (XP): I think you have to tune it and take care of it and it will run fast and smooth. I think Mac it's better for people that don't want to spend time on it

Windows is the most preferred OS. I have never worked on Mac. Though I have heard good reviews about Mac as well. :)

This is a hard choice.. It is killing me, I used a MAC all of last night and i enjoyed it but have been using a PC all my life. The mac has great features and a developer that seems to care, but windows just seems more logical to me.

In my opinion for today, I choose PC/Windows

I recently switched to Macs about 2 years ago, and am so glad I did. The only thing that I like better about windows is that they are cheaper, and that is for a reason. Macs are so much simpler and user friendly, and it actually works far more often. I love not having to spend so much time ensuring that viruses and spyware stay off my computer. If you can afford it, go mac.

EXACTLY. WHY do I want to WASTE my life maintaining a piece of junk that cannot be maintained? I have work to do. I don't have time to constantly fix junk. Wasting my time fixing junk means I make less money. WHY would I want to make less money when I don't need to?
