Hello. I am selling one of my biggest directory.

Site is registered with ipowerweb.com and the hosting is included with the sale till 06-Sep-2006.
Age of site: Around 1 year.

Search Keywords:
add your link - 261995 search shown by overture.
Ranking in Google: Was at 5th position. Recently moved to 11th position
Ranking in Yahoo: 2nd.
Ranking in MSN: 5th.
Ranking in Altavista: 2nd.
Ranking in Alltheweb.com 2nd.

Site also ranks well (similar to above) for other keywords like 'add link', 'add a link' etc. I think if you can get some more backlinks for the site, you can also make it in top 5 in google.

Traffic:
Around 20,000 page views/month

Revenue:
1. On an average I recieve around 40 submission ($9.99 each) and 2 featured links ($29.99 each) per month, making around $460/month.
2. Sitewide link sale
=> 1. sitewide footer link sale: 5 * $9.99/month = $49.95
=> 2. Homepage top link sale: 5 * $4.99/month = $24.95
=> 3. Sitewide (except homepage) top link sale: 6 * $4.99 = $29.94
Making total of link sale: $105/month

Terms of Sale:
1. All links from my websites which are pointing to addyourlink.org will remain at least for 6 months.
2. All sponsored links in the directory should remain untill they expire (one year fromt the date of adding the link) or one year.
3. All other link should remain (untill they breach some terms and conditions of the directory) there atleast for 6 months.
4. Sitewide links should remain on the site for one month (or less, depending on the subscription date).
5. Buyer will get free hosting 06-Sep-2006.


Why am I selling?
Google adsense put 'vida guerra' as a stop keyword hence blocking one of my biggest site's adsense. And, I need to meet
my july targets which is not possible without any website sale. So you may see some more website sales coming from me.

Yes. Thats only for July (till 10th July). For other months its 4 to 5 thousands.
In July, I think it will reach 6,000 uniques.

Somebody asked me for backlinks... here are the info:

Google shows 1520 backlinks.
Yahoo shows 43,100 backlinks.
MSN shows 10,263 backlinks.

But in my opinion current number of backlinks are not less than 70,000. Most of this has come from following places:
1. Backlinks in return of listing in directory.
2. Free directory submissions.
3. Paid directory submissions (huge amount).
4. 3 way link exchange (will remain).
4. Organic links (from all those 'list of good diectories').
5. Bought some permanent links from some site.
6. Some links from my own sites.

From above all six places, only the links from number 6 can vanish after six months and that also only if you remove the link at the footer of the site, else its win-win for both.

Did'nt make sense to me having a free then a reciprocal as well , why would anyone want a reciprocal if they can post a link for free?

If you are talking about addyourlink.org, then there is no free (or even free with reciprocal) submission option. Submission is only paid one. And don't worry, nobody doublts your paying ability.

No, did'nt refer to addyourlink.org , it was a another directory I was looking at here that I had posted on, the other bidder was sifting through my posts to check out the fabric of my fibre.

Your site is alot better, has excellent overture, great search engine placement and steady revenue, and that does'nt deserve lowball bids...

 

Are the sponsor links on monthly subscriptions ?

 

Sponsored links in the sub-categories pages are yearly basis. But all sitewide links at the bottom and top of the page are per-month basis.
