I told paypal i live in usa ...now what ?

But people are not smart, there are many paypal users have verified paypal account from another country.
Eg: Pakistan users have indian verified paypal accounts.
Why paypal don't get an action?

We all know, there are few countries with receiving money facility, that's the case to use an account from another country. I think, this thread starter also do same.

 

its not just more facility ....i can't even receive money with my original country account and no website tools

What a funny! That's the only thing to receive money from a USA verified paypal account.

 

paypal knows your ip address when you register your account.if you want a usa paypal account,you need ask your friend in usa to register for you,because you might need using their address,and you need open a usa account to verify the paypal.vcc will not get verified by paypal.and if you ip address does not match the address info,you account will get redflagged and will be easier to be blocked.

 

besides,i think paypal might use a flash cookie not a txt cookie to track user's info.and besides,they redflag some popular vpns' ip address to avoid user to register with a vpn connection.but it is impossible for them to get all the vpn addresses.you just need a friend in usa to help you with it.

 

VCC only lift your limits, they don't verify your paypal

 

Your really asking for trouble doing things like that. Its only a matter of time till they block your account.

Currently PayPal accounts in Jordan are only able to send payments. This recipient is not eligible to receive funds

 

And you have to stick with it as there's a definite legal reason for not supporting incoming payments for some country based paypal accounts. Have a US-based partner to work with, and let him forward you the funds via western union or by any other available option instead of trying to figure out how to trick Paypal's system.

Apart from all that, you cannot change the country once selected upon registration. A local address change is possible only.

 

Ok, are these accounts valid to use from another country? Now we can see a lot of Paypal verified account sellers in many forums. So anyone can get a verified account from a this kind of seller. So what's the point about it?

at that account ..before you verify it ..you can receive money and you can send up to 1000$ ..before you VERIFY !!

I got a payment in it and dang .. the girl called me and told me how your phone is in Jordan you say you live in Israel so i told her that i can't receive money in a Jordan account and i asked her , are you going to lock my account ..and she said ..NO No ..i was just want to make sure its you who are using the account ...and after she hanged up .i got a email and limited it again

i send them my passport pic and address ..but in Jordan ..
so ..we'll see

You CANNOT Change your country in your paypal account. Close the account and re-open a new account using your REAL information. Remeber always provide everything REAL to paypal and they won't irritate you or bother you!

Regarding use of VCC's, you can use them even if you select Jordon too. (However it is not recommended as it's against paypal's TOC)

To close your account proceed:
Profile --> Close Account

 

Just use VISAvcc,

just google it.

they have a U.S. Bank Account & VCC option.

but it will have you stated as a us citizen. and it wont be quite legal.. but hey thats your choice I guess?

 

Ali I would recommend you to just move on with the accoutn you have but keep just small amount in it. Paypal may block your account anytime when they will check your login IP address as they wont be from US so be carefull.
